Microsoft Azure is a cloud platform for deploying various cloud based services, such as virtual machines, websites and databases. I saw Microsoft was offering a free month trail so I decided to sign for it. I knew a bit about it before starting the trial, but I wanted to get some hands on experience with it to gain some more knowledge of the product.
I made an instruction video of how to deploy a virtual machine using Azure. Overall, I was surprised at it’s ease of use, speed at which you can deploy services, and the number of integrated OS and app images it offers.
